KORONA.resource - Event management for the event trade and leisure trade

KORONA.resource supports the complete event management of middle-sized and big companies of the event branch and the amusement branch. The system offers the highest practicality and scalability through its ease of use.

KORONA.resource manages concert tickets, guided tours of museums, seat tickets, conference rooms and much more besides. At the same time, an optimal utilization of all available resources is striven. It is possible to combine ever-recurring events with special events and single events depending on the requirements. All offered services can be reserved and booked by different ways, like through call centre, at the ticket desk, via Internet or by partner companies. For that, allotments are no made, but all channels of distribution access the total volume.

The system distinguishes between restricted and unrestricted services. Restricted services are e.g. the admission to events or the lending of rowing boats. Day tickets or vouchers for example are part of unrestricted services. All services can be offered separately or in a package. Events can be planed in advance. An always relevant utilization table giving predictions makes it possible for the employees to bring offered events conveniently into line at any time.

KORONA.resource offers numerous standard interfaces to additional applications of KORONA family as well as to foreign systems like materials management, financial accounting or e.g. Microsoft Office applications. By this, all data can be processed individually. It is possible to assign certain entitlements to every employee depending on their area of responsibility.

All processes like inquiries, reservations or bookings are recorded in a customer file just as all documents that have been sent to the customer by the system. For the purpose of keeping the regular customers relevant to a great extent, the system is able to run a duplicate check to find customers that already have been registered in the system. By this, repeated insertions of identical data is avoided and the process is speeded up. Because of the obtained customer data it is possible to take very efficient marketing measures. Depending on the group of customers and the language individual documents like confirmations, receipts or notes for the visitor can be produced for every process. These e.g. can be sent to the customer electronically by e-mail.

The KORONA.webshop offers services for sale via Internet and naturally accesses always the current available stock of resources. It is possible to integrate this web shop smoothly into an existing side in cooperation with the respective Internet agency. After the authorized payment by credit card, the Internet customer is able to print out their valid barcode-ticket themselves.

KORONA.resource offers extensive possibilities referring to individual graduated discounts and commission invoices for partner companies like advance booking offices, tourist information or travel companies. Allotments or minimum purchases are here not necessary, too. Every time the partners check the current availabilities during the sale through their personalized admission.

KORONA.resource kann über offene Schnittstellen sehr komfortabel mit weiteren Systemen kommunizieren. Dabei greifen alle Komponenten (Backoffice, Clients) auf eine gemeinsame Datenbasis zu. Als Datenbank eignen sich hier z.B. Oracle, Microsoft SQL, IBM DB/2 und weitere SQL Datenbankserver. Der Zugriff auf diese Daten erfolgt in der Regel über Webservices.
